Thank you for the convenient and time saving services you have provided me as a Wentworth Park homeowner over the last year. Engaging your prescreened contractors, whom I know I can trust, is one of the most valuable benefits of the HOA Partners Program.

As just one example, Paul Keelen, who repaired some wood rot on my window frames and siding, was very professional. His fair and competitive price seemed to be based on actual cost of labor and materials, not like some others who seemed to base their charges on whatever they believed I was willing to pay. I plan to use Keelen Construction and the other HOA Partners contractors again.

As the newly elected President of Wentworth Park for 2006, I expect to recommend your HOA Partner program to other homeowners in this community wanting to save time and money.

Last week I had my usual big heating and air conditioning service contractor come out and check my heat/AC units and was told by them that I would need a new furnace for our downstairs. I talked to Fred Brachman and told him of my problem and he suggested that I call David Richardson of Richardson Heating and AC. The outcome of this call saved me $700 on the unit and $150 on the maintenance contract. Richardson replaced the unit neatly and without damage to my lawn. He was very professional and informative. Using the suggested providers that Fred made available has saved me at over $1,000 this year on lawn care, tree cutting, mailbox and Heating/AC.

Thanks for working with Wentworth Park Homeowners Association on the Business Partners Program. The agreements with Spring Green Lawn Care and AM-PM Irrigation have worked well for us. Our lawn is in the best shape in a decade for this late in the season. In particular I want to thank you for the recent addition of the appliance inspection service. This proved very timely as Southern Pride Appliance found our washing machine hose had a defect and was ready to burst or leak during the appliance inspection. Without the deal you identified I am afraid we probably would have waited too long to do an inspection and paid a very expensive repair bill. Thanks for finding good vendors and great deals.
