We regularly negotiate HOA Community rates, at least annually, with Business Partners.
SPECIAL EVENTS are scheduled each season for community improvement projects that increase property values and save homeowners money. Examples are pine straw or mulch for landscape refurbishing, gutter cleaning and inspection, home inspections, open house appliance and flooring nights to educate homeowners and offer special pricing and terms, financial seminars and dinners providing education about investments, other seminars.

Business Partners are carefully screened through a rigorous due diligence process of reviewing references, insurance, pricing, guarantee policies, employee insurance, security policies, project management practices, and ontime delivery and timely responses to customer inquiries and requests.
