As President of my own HOA and veteran homeowner in 2004, I saw the need to provide homeowners in my community with advice and recommendations about who to engage and TRUST for remodeling, routine maintenance and repairs. To help homeowners with the economic losses of 2009, HOA Partners expanded its scope to include superior financial services and terms for home mortgage refinancing, equity loans, appraisals, warrantees, insurance and cost savings on utilities.

HOA Partners serves hundreds of homeowners in North Raleigh communities now. HOA Partners pre-qualifies local contractors and subcontractors to provide a large range of home services and products. We continuously monitor customer satisfaction and negotiate special pricing and terms on behalf for you.

Individual homeowners, like you, participate in this program on an voluntary basis.  HOA Partners operates independently of and complements HOA boards and HOA management companies -- who focus strictly on managing their common property, enforcing compliance with covenant and architectural standards, and collection of HOA fees.

So what have the results been?

For example, Wentworth Park homeowners in HOA Partner communities have realized significant financial benefits by seeing their property values increase from $115 to $145 per sq. ft. over the last 5 years while neighboring communities with similar sized homes only increased less than half that amount or negatively (in this down real estate market). 

For the average home size of 3,000 sq. ft., that resulted in an appreciation of $90,000! For those homeowners who updated their kitchen and baths, they realized an increase to $156 per sq. ft. or $123,000 property value increase.  Every participating homeowner who joined as a member has saved at least $200 to $2000 annually on home maintenance, repairs and improvements by using our local business partners offering special terms and pricing. Each HOA Business Partner is carefully screened and monitored to guarantee customer satisfaction.

For projects over $1000, HOA Partners has instituted a project management role and policy to hold the homeowner's deposits in a secure bank account until the contractor completes the first phase(s) of work and orders and delivers the materials required. That insures the homeowner gets the work completed as expected and does not lose deposits to fraudulent or incompetent contractors or subcontractors.
